Most supermarkets keep the fresh produce, meats and dairy on the outer aisles of the store. Prepackaged and canned food should be avoided if you want to build muscle fast. 14. Food always before supplements. Never take a supplement in place of food. Food contains far more nutrients than any supplement ever could.
