8月份CPI涨幅意外创新低 专家:难再继续大降   8月份CPI涨幅“意外”创新低 专家:难再继续大降   中新网北京9月9日电 (记者 李金磊)国家统计局今日公布的数据显示,8月份CPI同比上涨1.3%,涨幅创下自去年10月份(1.3%)以来新低。专家表示,物价大幅回落主因是食品价格回落,未来物价继续大幅回落的可能性不大,预计CPI运行将基本平稳。   8月份CPI“意外”创新低   数据显示,8月份CPI同比上涨1.3%,比上月大幅回落0.5个百分点,创下自去年10月份(1.3%)以来新低。   “8月份CPI涨幅大大低于此前1.7%左右的市场预期。”中国人民大学财政金融学院副院长赵锡军对中新网记者表示,物价涨幅之所以大幅下降,一是受当前国际国内需求较弱影响;二是去年基数较高;三是当前消费品供应比较充足,价格缺乏上涨的动力,部分食品价格出现较大幅度回落。   具体数据显示,猪肉价格同比上涨6.4%,比上月回落9.7个百分点;蛋价格同比下降7.4%,降幅比上月扩大5.4个百分点;鲜果价格从上月同比上涨0.5%转为下降0.6%。   国家统计局城市司高级统计师余秋梅在解读中表示,去年8月份,食品价格环比上涨1.6%,是2011年以来同期最高环比涨幅,抬高了今年8月份的对比基数,8月食品价格同比涨幅仅为1.3%,比上月回落2.0个百分点,直接影响CPI同比涨幅比上月回落0.38个百分点。   专家称物价继续大降可能性不大   对于未来物价走势,国家信息中心经济预测部主任祝宝良对中新网记者表示,从物价数据看,CPI连续3个月维持在“1时代”,当前物价已经不是经济面临的大问题。   赵锡军分析,尽管前期有些自然灾害,但总体来讲对农业生产影响并不是很大,随着秋季农产品丰收,供应不会出现很大的问题,物价有望保持稳定,不会出现大的波动。   “随着降成本措施不断落地,效果越来越明显,总体物价稳定性将更好。”赵锡军认为,从目前情况来看,物价进一步大幅回落的可能不是很大,因为有些原材料价格已经开始回升,未来将传导到消费品领域。   交通银行首席经济学家连平认为,随着夏季洪涝灾害和酷暑过去,蔬菜等农作物生产逐渐恢复,商贸物流运输回归正常,食品及消费品价格的上行压力减弱,猪肉价格迎来下行阶段,同比涨幅将逐渐下降,预计未来CPI运行基本平稳,不存在明显的通胀或通缩压力。不过,仍需警惕供求关系偏紧的食品价格可能出现快速上涨。(完) 进入【新浪财经股吧】讨论相关的主题文章:
